Hay Day iPhone Game Review

Hay Day is a game that many people enjoy. The graphics are right but can be improved. The controls are okay but some people might find them hard to understand and use. The graphics aren’t the best but it’s not like the old days where everything looked great. Hay Day is still in my top ten games to play.

Hay Day has been out for

about two months now and those who have played it know what it takes to progress to the next level and what kind of bonuses and awards you will receive at the final level. The one glitch I did find is that after you progress to level ten you are not able to select another level you already have the grade for. This makes it a little bit hard to advance to the next level if you haven’t finished the previous one. Other than that this is an okay game to play.

When you start the game you will be in the city with various carts and trailers to pull around. You start with a simple trailer and a wooden cart. You can find many different types of food and objects in this environment to make your life easier. The game is fairly simple as long as you remember that color represents something easy to obtain, orange is good for trees and red is used for bushes.

At the beginning of the game,

you will see that the city fills with hay and grain for you to pull. It looks like this might be an easy task, however it isn’t. As you continue to move forward and do the tasks the carts will stuck in the hay and the grain scatter all over the map. There are also snakes all over the place.

You will begin to earn stars by performing certain tasks throughout the game. You give a list of these stars after you complete a level. It will also tell you how many levels you need to complete to gain a star. There are a total of 21 different levels in this game.

The controls in this game are simple and easy to use. They work the same way as in other Fruit Ninja games. The platformer sections involve jumping from the platform to beat the bad guys. The different platforms in the game are the fence, the bucket, and the wheel.

The graphics are fairly good

They don’t look as cool as they would have if they were drawn by a professional, but they are functional. If you want to perfect your timing then this game is not for you. However, if you are looking to get in some practice before you start competing in bigger games then this will get you started.

Hay Day is available for both iPhones and iPads. You can get it for free from the official site or buy it at the iTunes store. I haven’t played through the whole game, so I’m not sure how challenging it is. All I know is that it isn’t very challenging. If you like puzzle games then this is one of those games you should check out. It’s free, so you should download it.

The story of Hay Day centres around a boy named Johnny who lives in a small farm town. One day while he’s out on a walk, he gets bitten by a bug. As a result, he starts to have worms instead of gaining weight. The storyline revolves around Johnny’s search for a cure for his ailment. Along the way, he meets some very colourful characters including the pig lady.

Conclusion

To get the best out of the game, you should turn off the ad-blocking function on your iPhone. In addition, you can minimize the screen with the touch of your finger. This will help you focus more on playing the game. If you want to unlock all the levels and continue to play for hours on end, then you should purchase the paid version of the game.

One thing that I love about Heyday is the retro art style that it has. The pixel art looks great and has an old-world feel to it. There is even one boss fight scene that is tough! You’ll also be glad to know that you can replay sections you didn’t like. This means that you can continue to challenge yourself and enjoy the game!
